Pop of Color

I can not believe it is October, that's insane!!!! Well, this is the last week of the fashion challenge! I hope you've enjoyed it over these weeks and that you went a little out of your box and tried something new!  I have to admit that I am glad that I don't have to every day take a picture of my outfit! That can get a little annoying! =D Day 22: Country Inspired I went with a pink plaid button-up and a jean skirt. And some brown ankle boots. For my hair, I made two french braids that went into fishtail pigtails. I LOVE this hairstyle! It's super cute and messy! Day 23: Another Era I went with the 40s. I did the best I could even though this really isn't like the 40s. =P I started with this blue polka-dot button-up tucked into my pencil skirt. And these cute heels a borrowed from Rebekah. For my hair, I just did a messy bun. The one time I got an awesome messy bun! I tried the next day and it looked terrible! =P Day 2...

 Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, and those who follow my blog, I have a very special announcement! I am now making hair videos! I said I would a few months ago and I finally got over my camera shyness!   There still is a lot I have to learn but I was very surprised at how well it went! Of course, it's not perfect, there's no sound because I didn't want to talk to the camera and I couldn't get the music to record, and sometimes you can't see what I'm doing, but all in all, I'm just SO excited to film more!  So hopefully you enjoy!

Hey girls! I haven't done a hair post in a while and so I thought it was about time I did scrunchie hairstyles! I know I said I was going to make hairstyle videos but I got a little camera shy. 😏 But I don't worry those will be coming! (Probably)  You might remember a couple months ago me saying that I was going to make this post and then never did. Well, I'm finally coming through with seven adorable and easy hairstyles!  For the first one, we're going to make a small dutch braid. So, start with a very small section and braid that back. When your braiding, keep the braid between your temples and when you bring in hair bring in very small pieces. Then put your hair into a pony and wrap it into a bun. Then take the scrunchie and just wrap it around your bun, pinning down any flyaways. And you're done! This one's so cute and if you don't feel like doing the braid, don't!
