Tips for Working Out

Hey guys!  So, recently I've been trying to work out more. So here are some tips that might help you too! 1. Find a workout you like. This one's very important cause if you don't like it it's most likely you won't do it. I tried my sister's palates workout and it was just too slow for me! So, now I'm doing a more upbeat workout. So you see that even though someone else likes it you don't have to do it. My favorite thing to do for working out is the workout called Prayfit. This is a burst training exercise that goes through strength, cardio, abs, and flexibility, basically, everything you want in a workout. Another favorite is the What's Up Moms workout. Crafts for Kidos

Every time we have children over they beg me to do a craft. Over the years I've picked my favorites and today I'm gonna show you how to do them! First, we're going to make an ocean  scene on a plate.  You're going to need a plate, blue paint, a fish coloring page (make sure it's fit on the plate with room for embellishments) and some things to decorate it like tissue paper, beans, blue or clear beads.  Start by painting the plate blue.  Then color and cut out your fish and glue it down. Then I added tissue paper for seaweed, clear beads for air bubbles, and beans for rocks. This is cute and simple! And your kidos can change it up how they like. 30-Day Writing Challenge Day 9: What You Ate That Day

 I know I skipped a day, day 8 will be coming out soon I'm not as good at writing stories is all. =D Today is Sunday. I don't normally eat in the morning so I didn't think about food when we went shopping. As we were shopping Hannah mentioned that she hadn't eaten that day. Looking at the clock I realized that it was 2:30. I was very surprised that I didn't feel hungry. We shopped for another hour or so and then went home and ate zesty bean burritos for lunch\dinner.  The rest of the day we just chilled. Daddy and Momma went shopping again and so we watched the Flash and I had a bowl of frozen corn and a chocolate shake.  In the evening we really didn't have a dinner plan. It was more free for all. I think I had a blue barry donut and a few cups of Snapple.
